Above It All Tree Care is a locally owned and operated tree service based in Temple, Texas, proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout Central Texas. Meet the Owner - Andrew Machuca
Andrew J. Machuca is the owner and founder of Above It All Tree Care. As an ISA Certified Arborist (TX-3619A), Andrew brings both technical knowledge and hands-on experience to every project.
A Temple native, Andrew has deep roots in the community and takes pride in serving Central Texas with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

- Competing in the Texas Tree Climbing Championship since 2007
- Competed across the U.S. since 2017, including Indiana, Arkansas, Georgia, and Tennessee
- Top 4 finisher in Texas and Arkansas (2018), qualifying for the Masters round
- Consistent Masters competitor in Texas
- Selected to represent Texas three times at the North American Tree Climbing Championship
Arboricultural Strategy & Plant Health - Robert Swanson
Robert Swanson brings decades of arboricultural experience and strategic leadership to the Above It All Tree Care team. Based in Hewitt, Texas, Robert is an ISA Certified Arborist (SO-0280A since 1992) with a career spanning over 30 years in plant health care, training, and arboricultural consulting.
As an Arboricultural Strategist, Robert specializes in:
- Tree biology, physiology, and diagnostics
- Pest and disease management
- Identification of abiotic disorders
- Plant Health Care (PHC) program development
- Training and workforce development
- Operational systems and business strategy
Robert has worked extensively with tree care companies across the southern United States, helping develop scalable plant health care programs, sales systems, and training initiatives that improve both service quality and safety.
